Amidst all of the chaos and crisis happening in our world, I found myself nurturing my motherās garden. Putting my hands through the soil, pruning the dead leaves, getting to the roots of the plant, and knowing I was encouraging rebirth.

This experience reminded me that just like plants need nurturing, š“š° š„š° šøš¦. We can nurture...
š± the words we say to ourselves
š± the food we put in our bodies
š± how we care for our environment
When you nurture a garden, it takes time and diligence. Tending to and treating the soil, pruning the dead leaves, mulching through the leaves and the roots allowing for stronger and easier growth.
Take time to nurture yourself as you would a plant.

With abounding unrushed faith in the process.
The more we nurture ourselves, the more we have to nurture others.
Give yourself the permission to enjoy your day...
amidst the chaos
among the tasks
entangled with the anxiety
Only you have the power to change your thoughts. Take control of that power - š½šøššŖš
